利用高频感应热氢等离子体强化还原制备超细铜粉,考察了加料速率、还原氢气流量、氢气分布位置、反应区空间、冷却温度等因素对铜粉颗粒性能的影响,对制备的铜粉颗粒进行氧含量、XRD晶体结构、松装密度、粒度分布和比表面积的表征。结果表明,优化的工艺条件为反应区内径100 mm,加料速率4 g/min,淬火气氩气气量500 L/h,氢气气量500 L/h并通入少量载气,由氢等离子电离产生的氢自由基可强化反应实现瞬时还原,不仅可控制铜粉形貌,还能有效控制铜粉颗粒大小;利用该方法制备出粒径分布100?200 nm、分散性好的超细球形铜粉颗粒。该方法操作简便、产品纯度高、气氛可控、对环境污染小。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A comprehensive literature review of the existing techniques for removing and repairing of damaged thermal barrier coatings is presented, with the focus on top ceramic coats. The advantages and disadvantages of each technique are compared and assessed. The review shows that there is not a universal method applicable to all coating systems. The selection of the coating removal and repair process must be specific to damaged coating systems, based on their composition, type of damages, and available resources. This review will provide some inside look at various approaches in an effort to meet the different coating repair needs.  相似文献

This review summarises 25 years of investigations on antioxidants research in foods and biological fluids and critically analyses the merits and limitations of using the total antioxidant capacity (TAC) measurement in the metabolomic era. An enormous bulk of knowledge was produced regarding the antioxidant capacity of foods and large TAC databases were developed. A direct link between a food TAC value and any health benefit is erroneous and has led to several cases of consumer deception. However, the striking epidemiological evidence associating a high dietary TAC with some disease prevention and the availability of well-constructed TAC databases deserve attention and must be taken into account to establish the usefulness of measuring TAC in both foods and biological samples. The in vivo TAC measurement, usually performed in plasma, is influenced by many external factors, such as dietary habits, as well as environmental and behavioural factors, which are integrated towards homeostatic control by fine physiological mechanisms with high inter-individual variability. Therefore, plasma TAC cannot be considered as a unique biomarker of individual antioxidant status. However, the combined evaluation of plasma TAC with known markers of disease, individual metabolism, inflammation and genetics, as well as with markers of gut microbiota composition and activity, may lead to the identification of populations that are more responsive to food/diet TAC. In this framework, the appropriate use of TAC measurement both in food and in vivo can still provide support for the interpretation of complex phenomena and be a tool for sample screening when making a quick decision toward in-depth research investigations. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

In this paper, a transparent magnesium aluminate spinel ceramic was fabricated through the newest colloidal gel casting method, using a synthetic powder with the average particle size of 90 nm and Isobutylene-Maleic Anhydride (ISOBAM) additive. ISOBAM served as both a dispersant and a gelation agent to achieve a dense body. Also, the suspension rheological behavior was optimized by the solid loading of 85 wt%, the additive content of 0.7 wt%, and the gelation time of 350 s. This led to a green body with a density equal to 65% of theoretical density and the green strength of 14.48 MPa. The results revealed that the reduction of porosity and the uniform distribution of pores in the green body (smaller than half of the initial powder particle size, 35 nm), as accompanied by spark plasma sintering (SPS), resulted in the final body density of 99.97%, as well as the high in-line transmittance of 86.7% at the wavelength of 1100 nm.  相似文献

We present the role of tungsten additions on the mechanical properties of a Fe‐based structural amorphous metal (SAM2×5‐630) containing crystalline tungsten. Matrix cracking by microindentation is inhibited by the addition of tungsten and indicates that tungsten improves the fracture toughness. Response surfaces from nanoindentation arrays indicate that the hardness and modulus of the matrix phase are increased by tungsten additions. Bulk composites with 30 vol% tungsten subjected to 4‐point flexure exhibited brittle fracture behavior and the characteristic strength and Weibull modulus were 165 and 8.7 MPa, respectively. The addition of tungsten did not cause devitrification of the matrix phase.  相似文献

Cold atmospheric plasma shows a satisfactory ability to inactivate bacterial biofilms that are difficult to remove using conventional methods in some cases. However, the researches on the inactivation mechanism are not quite sufficient. Poly-β-1–6-N-acetylglucosamine (PNAG), which is one of the important components in some biofilms, was used as the research subject, and the related mechanism of action triggered by different concentrations of the OH in plasma was studied using reactive molecular dynamics simulations. The results showed that OH radicals could not only trigger the hydrogen abstraction reaction leading to cleavage of the PNAG molecular structure, but undergo an OH addition reaction with PNAG molecules. New reaction pathways appeared in the simulations as the OH concentration increased, but the reaction efficiency first increased and then decreased. The simulation study in this paper could, to some extent, help elucidate the microscopic mechanism of the interaction between OH radicals in plasma and bacterial biofilms at the atomic level.  相似文献

Surface-activated bonding (SAB), also called room-temperature bonding, is used in three-dimensional integration technology for semiconductor devices. An Ar fast atom beam (FAB) is used for SAB. However, conventional FAB guns must be replaced after hundreds of minutes of irradiation because carbon abrasion powders are generated by Ar ions sputtering in the gun. Therefore, this study develops a novel FAB gun with improved lifetime. The proposed FAB gun applies magnetic fields to guide Ar ions to reduce sputtering in the gun and improve irradiation efficiency. The proposed FAB gun indicates the possibility of improving gun lifetime.  相似文献

The effects of inter-electrode insertion on the performance of a hollow-electrode plasma torch have been investigated by numerical analysis. Simulation results revealed that when inter-electrodes are inserted, the arc voltages and plasma powers increase due to the increase in the arc length. In addition,it was predicted that thermal efficiency can be improved with the increase in plasma power by injecting plasma gases through the gaps between inter-electrodes. These unique effects of inter-electrode insertion are a result of the plasma temperatures adjusting themselves to increase arc voltages when the arc column is contracted radially by increasing gas-flow rate or decreasing inter-electrode diameter.  相似文献

采用等离子喷涂技术在Q235钢基体上制备Fe48Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2非晶合金涂层,之后对涂层进行200,300,500,600,700℃热处理,研究了热处理对涂层微观结构、耐电化学腐蚀性能和耐均匀腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,涂层的非晶含量降低,孔隙率先减小后增大,经300℃热处理后涂层的孔隙率最低,且低于未热处理涂层的;热处理后涂层中的晶体相主要包括α-Fe,Fe-Cr,Fe63Mo37,Fe3C等;随着热处理温度的升高,涂层的自腐蚀电流密度先减小后增大,经300℃热处理后,自腐蚀电流密度最小,涂层的耐电化学腐蚀性能最好;经过热处理后,涂层在NaCl溶液中浸泡31d后的单位面积质量损失减小,且热处理温度越高,单位面积质量损失越小,涂层的耐均匀腐蚀性能提高。  相似文献

本研究开发了一台应用于高能量离子束诊断的直线式飞行时间质谱仪,实现了其与高能真空弧放电离子源的联用。该仪器加速电压30 kV,飞行腔有效飞行距离1.5 m,通过短脉冲离子门精确截取,ICCD高速相机优化聚焦,仪器分辨率优于90 FWHM,对放电过程中产生的等离子体可实现不同时间的离子成分分析。将该方法用于真空弧放电离子源放电过程中离子成分的检测,放电2 μs时,电离成分以气态离子C+、O+、C2+、O2+为主;放电6 μs后,除气体成分外,还可以检测到Fe+、Cu+及其同位素金属离子峰。该仪器能够给出离子源放电产生离子的种类、价态以及相对含量等信息,可实现整个放电过程产生离子成分信息的准确诊断。  相似文献
